People are always curious to know the impact of the union Budget on their lives and future. There are economic think tanks and policy advisory councils that undertake cumbersome investigations and advise the ruling authorities. The results are broadcasted to the public too. However, these remain qualified to the upper societal hierarchies and academics. The majority never experience a trickle-down of information as they are either incapable or unwilling. Therefor proper guidance on the Union Budget must be given by Authorities.
